Sometimes things just don't go well. But it doesn't matter, because we accept eligible returns.

Qualifications and potential costs
Returns can be made within 20 days from the date of receiving all the goods in the same order. Your returned package must be sent out within 18 days from the date we send you the return instructions.
All items must be unworn, in their original state and accompanied by all labels. Sanitary stickers (if any) must be intact. Any item that seems to have been washed or changed will be refunded for poor quality. In most cases, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Unfortunately, unless it is a quality issue or an order problem, we will not bear the return shipping cost.

How to start filing taxes?
You can start your return by sending a request email to [email protected] with a brief explanation of why. We will reply to you shortly (within a maximum of 6 hours) and provide detailed return instructions.
Please note that items not requested for return will not be accepted.

How can the items be transported back?
As the return address may vary depending on the ordered items and the customer's location, please contact us first to initiate a return request. Then, we will send you a detailed return description within 6 hours.
Generally speaking, please pack all the items you want to return in their original packaging, including the order number written on it. You can choose the cheapest way to ship from your location, but it must have a tracking number.
Once you have sent the package, please inform us of the tracking number. We will follow up with you after our facility receives the package.

Where is my refund?
After your return request is processed and the items are sent back to our facilities, please expect a refund of up to 7 days to be issued to your original payment method.
The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

What cannot be returned? 1. Procure products such as swimwear, clothing, tights, underwear, event and party supplies, and DIY supplies. 2. We cannot refund items with damaged sanitary seals. 3. Please do not send the returned goods to the sender's address on the package. This is not the return address and it will affect the processing of your return. Please follow the return instructions.
2. Please ensure that your return package does not accidentally contain any non-Lasaky items. We are not responsible for returning these items to you.
